1. General Promotions Terms
1.1. Every individual promotion will come with its own set of specific Terms & Conditions in addition to these Terms. You should therefore read these Terms in combination with the applicable Terms & Conditions for any competition, bonus or promotion you wish to enter.
1.2. By participating in promotions you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. If for any reason, a promotion does not have Terms & Conditions, such promotion will by default be governed by these Terms.
1.4. Each of the Terms & Conditions regulating the implementation of any promotion is independent of the rest of the Terms. If one of the provisions being unsuitable or incorrect, the remaining Terms remain in force.
1.5. Participation in a promotion will be deemed to constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms which includes these Promotional Terms and any applicable Terms & Conditions and that our decisions are final and binding in all respects.
1.6. Promised Land B.V. reserves the right to terminate or cancel any current promotion without prior notification. Any user who infringes the Promotional Terms will be disqualified from any reward derived from said promotion.
1.7. Promised Land B.V. has the right to withhold any credits, bonuses, coupons, loyalty points or prizes awarded as part of a promotion at its own discretion.
1.8. Promised Land B.V. has the right to inform users about current promotions or any updates by e-mail, SMS, chat, Whatsapp, social media, mobile phone or Internet browser notification.
1.9. Promised Land B.V. disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website, user's equipment used in a promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries.
1.10. Promised Land B.V reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet or permanently exclude a player from all future bonuses/promotions if we believe that the player breached our general Terms and Conditions, our General Promotions Terms or the terms of a specific bonus/promotion.
1.11. All of our Company’s bonuses/promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, phone number, IP address, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), same device (smartphone or tablet) and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. Promised Land B.V reserves the right to determine whether it believes different accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
1.12. Promised Land B.V reserves the right to request the successful verification of a player’s account before allowing a client to claim any bonuses/promotions. In this context, the Company also further reserves the right to request additional verification documents such us a photograph of the client holding his id, a proof of phone/mobile number, screenshot of method of payment etc.
1.13. All of our Company’s bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players only and we may limit the eligibility of players participate in all or part of any promotions/bonuses. We therefore expect that you will participate in all bonuses and promotions fairly, so that our other customers too may enjoy our services. We have set out below certain types of play which we consider to be unfair and which therefore may be in breach of these General Promotions Terms.
1.13.1. Using minimal risk wagering patterns (e.g. low risk wagering, zero risk wagering or equal betting patterns)
1.13.2. Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance outcomes, before switching to normal variance outcomes to clear wagering requirements)
1.13.3. Placing contradictory or repetitive bets.
1.13.4. Placing the 100% of the bonus amount in a single bet
1.13.5. Using multiple accounts to obtain more than the number of bonuses or free bets permitted for each customer
1.13.6. Concealing your country of residence in order to access a promotion or bonus that is not available in your country of residence
1.13.7. Colluding with other customers in order to take advantage of promotions or bonuses
1.13.8. Stashing or similar wagering patterns (e.g. accumulate scatter symbols or in-play Free Spins to avoid wagering requirements)
1.13.9. Conceal your deposit money in an outright market in order to cash out and avoid wagering requirements
1.13.10. Moving from low weighted or un-weighted games (in the context of contribution to wagering requirements) to a high weighted game after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements
1.13.11. Repeatedly using promotions to play, with minimal or no deposits, and/or depositing purely to take advantage of our rewards and offers, with no intention of playing/risking the funds deposited
2. Bonuses and Bonus money
2.1. Promised Land B.V. regularly offers you different bonuses and rewards that are credited to your Account. A bonus at Promised Land B.V. can mean free spins, cashback, free bet, cash bonus to play directly and deposit bonus. A bonus usually follows with the wagering requirements that have to be met in order to withdraw the funds. In these cases, we recommend you to read the bonus rules before using.
2.2. A bonus is awarded in the bonus balance unless it is a cash bonus with no wagering requirements.
2.3. When the wagering requirements for the bonus are met the bonus amount is transferred to the main balance and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.4. The wagering requirements are a multiplier that represents the number of times you have to play a bonus before you are able to withdraw any winnings. After reaching the wagering requirements, a bonus or accrued winnings are transferred into main balance.
2.5. If the bonuses are abused by a user, Promised Land B.V. has the right to use punitive measures towards him, namely: delete, decline all current bonuses and bonus winnings; to block the user's Account immediately. In that case, Promised Land B.V. disclaims any liability for the withdrawal or compensation of the funds that had been on the Account before it was blocked.
2.6. Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits in the course of gameplay (Ex: Free Spins meters or other game features unlocked following some gameplay) and coming back to the game following the zeroing-out of the wagering requirements to trigger or unlock the feature and collect the accumulated benefits or related winnings - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.
2.7. The funds won using bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all bonuses are wagered
2.8. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Promised Land B.V. has a right to withdraw any winnings caused by malfunction up to the latest deposits.
2.9. Users should read and be aware of any applicable bonus policy and follow its terms in order to receive the bonus.
2.10. All bonuses have an expiry date. The standard expiry date for bonus money is 30 days. The expiry date can differ for specific bonuses. In such an event, the expiry date will be indicated in the relevant bonus’ terms and conditions. Betting requirements need to have been fulfilled at the expiry date. We may cancel or debit bonus credit from the player Account after the expiry date.
2.11. The standard betting requirement for casino bonus money is 35 times the bonus amount received and for sportsbook it is 5 times the bonus amount received. This may differ for specific promotions provided that it is specified accordingly in the relevant terms and conditions.
2.12. If you have chosen to avail yourself of the welcome bonus for the sportsbook, it is imperative that you fulfill the requirement of wagering your initial deposit a minimum of five times prior to initiating any withdrawal. Failure to comply with this stipulation may result in the company exercising its prerogative to either reject the withdrawal request or forfeit any potential winnings.
2.13. The wagering requirements of a bonus means the total amount of bets you must stake before the bonus and any accrued winnings are transferred into your cash balance and can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are set out in the specific terms for the bonus and will be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or of the bonus plus the deposit amount. Not all bets, tables and slots will count towards the wagering requirements.
2.14. Canceled bets, bets on games that have been canceled or participants who have not participated in an event, or bets on events that, for whatever the reason, have been resolved as void, are not included in the calculation of the wagering requirements
2.15. Wagering requirements for bonuses will be null when the balance is lower than Euro 0.10 (or the equivalent in your Account currency).
2.16. The funds won using bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
2.17. Every user has the right to abandon the bonuses by making the request to Website customer support in order to zero the bonus balance.
3. Free Spins
3.1. Free Spins can be used within 7 days from the moment they are credited to the customer's account, unless it is described differently in the offer. When this period passes, the Free Spins will expire.
3.2. Any potential winnings from Free Spins are converted to bonus money and need to be wagered, unless otherwise stated in the corresponding offer.
3.3. Free Spins are available for the video slots described in the offer (for example, Starburst and/or Wild Wild West).
3.4. The company reserves the right to offer Free Spins according to the verification status of a customer (e.g. only verified customers may be credited with a Free Spin). The company may also request a certain action (e.g. a deposit) from a customer in order to credit Free Spins.
3.5. If a customer has violated any of the above terms or is found to be trying to exploit the Free Spins to obtain guaranteed winnings through conflicting bets or in any other way, the company reserves the right to cancel the Free Spins, as well as to deduct any winnings that were produced from that, directly or indirectly (i.e. winnings from the Free Spins and also from any subsequent bets that were placed with Free Spins winnings).
3.6. The company reserves the right to hold winnings arising from bonuses wagering, if the customer has violated the terms.
4. Free Bet:
4.1. Free Bets are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn from your Account. Once you have wagered a Free Bet, any winnings from it will automatically transfer to your Withdrawable Funds.
4.2. The Free Bet must be used in its entirety as a single transaction/bet. The Free Bet can only be placed on a single bet or an accumulator bet exclusively. The Free Bet cannot be placed in any other type of bet such as full cover bets (trixie, yankee, etc).
4.3. Your winnings from wagers placed using Free Bets are calculated as the total returns less the amount staked (including the amount of any Free Bets staked). The value of any Free Bets is therefore not included in, and cannot be withdrawn as part of, any winnings you make from your Free Bets.
4.4. If not used, the Free Bet expires 7 days after being credited unless stated otherwise.
4.5. Placement of a Free Bet on an each-way market is considered one bet (including the win and place portion). The return from this bet must be greater than the total value of the Free Bet placed for winnings to be paid out.
4.6. The maximum return of any Free Bet stake shall not exceed 5000 euros (or the equivalent in any currency).
4.7. Free Bet stakes cannot be considered as qualifying bet for any further free bets or promotions.
4.8. In the event that a bet placed using a Free Bet is cancelled or deemed void for any other reason, the Free Bet will not be refunded or credited again.
4.9. The offer is limited to one Free Bet per person, family, postal address, email address, IP, and personal computer. The Company reserves the right, whenever it is deemed appropriate, not to offer a Free Bet to one of its customers and also to cancel a Free Bet at its discretion. The offer is personal and can not be redeemed by any other of our customers.
4.10. If a customer has violated any of the above terms or is found to be trying to exploit Free Bets to obtain guaranteed winnings through arbitrage or any other way, The company reserves the right to cancel any Free Bet given, as well as to deduct any winnings they were generated from that, directly or indirectly (i.e. winnings from the Free Bet itself and also from any subsequent bets that were placed with Free Bet winnings).
